HI, after a long wait some calls were maid appologies given and lots of promises still nothing hapened. I accepted the fact that you are very busy with claims, now after another 4 days you have not yet made the payment you PROMISED to do, what else do you want me to do to get my money back, i now demand that you pay my excess back after you told me in no uncertian terms "THAT IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN", You asked me to give you one more chance to make things right, well you failed to do just that, please let me know what will happen, after 4 days no money which i paid to keep myself safe, i can only wonder what could have happen if i had to wait for you to repair my safty system. PLEASE CAN YOU CALL ME WITH PROPPER SOLUTION.i need my money. We filled in the documents to get the payment and mailed it to the e mails adresses supplied PLEASE HELP. I CANNOT AFFORD TO PAY THIS KIND OF MONEY AND THEN JUST WAIT WITHOUT KNOWING WHEN I WILL GET IT BACK. PLEASE CALL ME AND SORT THIS MESS!!!
