With FNB you can do everything online except close your accounts.
A month ago I have settled all my short term debt with FNB (Overdraft, personal loans), but I can`t seem to get them to close my accounts. I have been at FNB branch craighall twice now to close my cheque account - a week later and its still not closed. Now I get charged an account fee for an account that I closed... I will not pay this. Also I have settled a loan almost a month ago, its still showing on my online banking as outstanding...
