I ordered an iPad which was delivered on the 18th. The SIM card slot doesn't open and I was advised by the cal centre agent that I MUST TAKE IT TO THE ISTORE near me for an assessment and then take it up with fnb. I didn't order damaged goods! This is pathetic service. I can return the stupid device to het replaced but I am not prepared to take it in for repairs. I DIDN'T ORDER DAMAGED GOODS!
