I phoned Mi Way road assistance at approximately 19:28 on Tuesday 21/12/2013 after my car broke down.
After numerous phone calls they eventually rocked up at 21:12 . Since I was on my own and being stuck in a Johannesburg suburb and rather panicking I would have expected them to at least stay in contact with me during this period, alas there was no communication from their side on how far they were. My friend contacted them numerous times to speed them up but yet her answers were the same than mine.
Thank heavens nothing seriously happened but paying for a service that one would think is the responsible thing to do for a single female in Jo'burg disappointed me tremendously.
Not convinced whether its the lack of interest from the call centre or Mi Way's policy...
