Debit Order Mispost

Dear Peter,
I write to show my my utter disgust at the manner my query was handled by African Bank. The nature of my complaint is as follows: For some reason best known to themselves, they debited my account on the 13th of this month without my knowledge yet my debi order date is the 25th. I was out of the country on business in Lesotho and when I was checking out of Lesotho Sun Hotel on Friday last week and wanted to pay out for the bill for extras, the customer services officer then told me that my card has declined payment. I confidently argued that there is sufficient money to meet my bill but payment declined. I immediately decided to check my balance and statement online on my phone and to horror a debit order from African Bank had gone wiped out the little funds I had in my account throwing it into an unauthorised overdraft/excess. Despite my query, nothing has been done up to today and it has taken them since Saturday and I am struggling to get to my next payday because of their error. It is so disgusting to say the least!
