Rude, Obnoxious, Atrocious Incompetent Service

On a monthly basis MW seem to mess up our money transfer, after converting, still no money reflects in acc. We have to phone them and the bank to get to the problem and have it all sorted, besides phoning from within SA we have to phone while abroad as well to get our money issues sorted. When you relay your disappointment/complaint, you are met with nonchalant attitudes & shift the blame & just blatantly rude/arrogant attitude. Speaking to clients in a manner that is unprofessional, rude. They are clearly not focused on customer care as they don't seem to take note of what the problem was that cause the delay in the first place to make sure that it does not happen again. They get get obnoxious when we get agitated because the same issues and problems arise every time we use them to convert money. This will not be the case again. I will not deal with them again, and to speak to Management (Marius in forex department JHB) was just as much a waste of time. I can now see why the people I have dealt with are the way they are... because they have him as an example. Good bye and good riddens to bad, bad, bad experience and service!!! I was forewarned... I should have listened.
