This morning my brother sent an email regarding his account being debited twice for the month of December, I called client services as he is working off shore and can not call or accept calls from a consultant hence I called on his behalf.
I Simply hate the way the consultant handled the query, i have full access to my brothers account and think we should definitely change banks, so that I can be assisted regarding his banking needs, its difficult doing banking whilst working abroad or off shore.
The real issue that needs YOUR URGENT ATTENTION WHY WAS HIS ACCOUNT DEBITED TWICE THIS MONTH WITHOUT NOTIFICATION PLEASE HAVE THE MONEY REVERSED.
