I receive a sms from Tracker to say that my insurer did not pay my installment over to them. I park my car and call A&G to complain. After 3 calls from my cell I get through to Nazreen. She asks for my policy nr. I tell her that I am in town and that I just received the sms so I don't have that details. What does she do? She puts the phone down. Why did I have to type my id nr in while waiting for an operator? Could she not get my policy nr from there? I pay over R2000 per month for 2 vehicles to A&G but next year I will move it all to another insurer. She did not even phone back.
