I have never received such great service, efficiency, advice and care from an insurance company call centre. I trully felt like a Queen. Khambi was so efficient, he gave me great advice on my cover, he told me about the various options... in layman terms. He spoke a language that I could understand. Such service is difficult to find these days. he was able to answer all my questions and whilst still be friendly and professional.
And the price I got W O W!!! I thought would have to wait 10 years before I could pay such a low premium. THANK YOU KHAMBI, you have saved me R700... I REALLY, TRULLY APPRECIATE YOUR HELP.
