Calls are recorded but if you ask them to go back to the recording and verify the conversation details as per your arrangement they can not do that. We arranged for a debit order and it was not activated by the call centre and now they want to put us on the black list as bad payers!? They are hesitant to supply you with their manager's details and if they do give a contact number the number is engaged. So please explain why do you waste your airtime and your problem is not resolved? Where do we go if you need assistance? It is amazing how you can apply on line for a Loan, but do not try to get after sales service.
