On the 13/12/2013 I spoke to a lady who was very helpful, the reference number received is 66155947
When I called yesterday i spoke to a nono who was rather unwilling to assist and sounded quite irate. Asked her to put me through to somebody willing to help, then I spoke to amanda. When doing security checks was asked if I have debit orders on my account. Told her I used to but not anymore, she then said I do have debit orders running. Even after advising that my salary dont get paid onto that account anymore she insisted I've got debit orders. Can somebody proffessional assist me as R731.54 was reserved on my account as I made a card purchase with a merchant. The reservation was cancelled and I need the funds reversed to my account please. Was told the funds will be reversed soon as my account statement updates. Yesterday nono told me it cannot after I've spoken to 3 different consultants who said it can be reversed soon as the statement updates.
