I submitted an online request for a Nedbank financial advisor to please contact me as I wanted to invest some money with them but was unsure which account would be right for me. Their website is plastered with promises of a response within hours, 'talk to us', 'ask once' the payoff line 'make things happen'. I have been waiting almost a week for a call, email, any form of contact. Consumers are led to believe Nedbank is a cut above the rest. I beg to differ and will be taking my money elsewhere.
