I've been a Miway client since 2009, and i took a no access option last year, therefore my premium was increased, and in Sep this year they send us letters that our premiums will be increasing, my premium was never decreased because I dont have that no excess option anymore. This was at the same time when I was claiming for my car accident, now after the car has been fixed and i'm happy they called me telling me that my excess will the increasing to R5000 in Jan because my profile doesnt look good, and this is after claiming for 1 accident since 2009. on the email they said that If I continue claiming they will have to cancel my insurance. My car has hail damage now and i'm scared to claim because of what they said. this leaves me feeling unfairly treated and dissatisfied with the service after being a loyal customer since 2009.
