Friday afternoon 16:06, the ATM outside Thibault square did not dispense the cash required. As the staff was leaving the branch - Lauren from enquiries[Thibault square] stopped and tried to assist me however to no avail. Today, i logged a claim enquiry with her this morning and to my pleasent suprise, the amount of cash which was 'deducted' had been reversed.
