Empty promises, bad service from manager and staff

I have had really bad service and empty promises from the branch manager at Thibault Square and also a staff member by the name of Charl Julies this week. A debit order went through my account (on several occasions) which was not supposed to go through. Repeated attempts from my side to get this stopped resulted in nothing. Empty promises is all I get from the branch and staff mentioned above
