None Payment of Dividend

I am very dissapointed with the service rendered to me or rather let rather say service not rendered to me which is really fustrating because it's costly to call only for your call to be disconnected all the time.
I called in on the 26th Nov to enquire about my dividents I was advised my details need to be updated and forms were sent to me which I completed accordingly and sent them through on the 27th.
7 days later I called to follow up on my pay out, this is where I spoke to Mabel who advised of a system change hence there was a delay, the system was new and she could not say for a fact when payment will be made but will ask the Supervisor to follow up on it, till today I'm still waiting! Can I please get my money as I've been very patient and understanding today is the 17th of Dec exactly 20 days from the day I submitted all requested documents.
