Why only after HALLO PETER to get any response

I received an sms from FNB saying my personal loan repayment will go off the 13th of December, i send an email to enquire. They replied after 2-3 days saying i must reply to the sms and say OPT Out. As i did. My bank account was debited on Saturday the 14th!!! my payment from November was paid in via transfer! I want to stop these debit orders!!! this is ridiculous! i have sent an email right after the debit order and still no response!
