So i took my car in for assessment and was warmly greeted by Alan Mulqueent, he introduced himself to me and explaind that he will go on with the assessment and explain to me when he is done, when he was done before explaining he said 'am sory about your car mam', i was really touched by this as it is my first car and only a few months old i have been really upset about it beeing damaged it was nice to work with someone empathic
