Peter cordial, he greeted us with a smile. That was important because it is our first time coming here. He was quick to make us comfortable. He quickly did his intiial assessment and showed us where to have some refreshments. We did not know what to expect because it is our first time, we expected to be bombarded with questions, but Peter made us feel comfortable. Peter was quick and efficient. We expected to be here for an hour but it was far less. He gave us wonderful service.
