I first met Dann in June/july this year and I thought to myself, what an exceptional guy! Friendly and great personality in general.
08/10/2013 I was assisted by Dann again and 2nd time around, same attitude, great assistance and going the extra mile to ensure that an unfortunate situation becomes bearable.
Thank you so much Dann for your friendliness, advice and treating your clients like they are your only clients. You remembering my face was a cherry on top. To me it meant that it's not just about business but it's about people skills also.

I was in a very bad space yesterday after my accident but I left the assessment center knowing that all will be well and your general advice on my vehicle was great also and know that am taking it into consideration.
