Following my last complaint we received a prompt follow up by Danzig Boyce but he is unfortunately is VERY badly supported by the rest of his department. Apparently the quote for the repair to our roof has been submitted and that is the last that we heard. I realise that my bond is not a big player in real terms but I am a customer none the less. This small bond will definitely be moving on. We have since found more leaks caused by the hail and the continuing damage being caused to my knotty pine ceiling is of great concern to me but obviously not to ABSA. Could someone from management contact me in the hopes of moving this claim forward?
