Trudi was an absolute pleasure to work with and for once made me hopeful in the customer service industry. This lady dealt with my claim speedily and had my best interest at heart when it came to my motorbike. She also calmed me down on more than one occasion and gave me advice that helped me to resolve my claim in the best possible way for myself.
