Good day,

I would like to compliment Outsurance on their excellent service. After being with Outsurance for 4 years I made a claim for the first time on the 10th January 2013 for common. Claim no. 92782841. The consultant was very professional and dealt with the claim speedily. I received confirmation of the approval on the 11th January 2013. Just a note that the agent Deven Pillay went out of his way to get me the best service and claim possible which I really appreciate.
