Quadruple debit

I missed a payment in november and organised a double debit in december, 13 december I was amazed to see bayport took a quadruple debit and this caused all my payments not to go off, and have no money for groceries untiil wednesday next week when my money can be refunded because they closed today and monday is public holliday, my baby needs formula and I have no money. My I'd is 8005025031080 cell nr 0837400063. I want a refund and a reimbursement. You took R5200.00 to much and I can't even enjoy my own bonus this weekend cause u took it. Conrad jonk
