Hi! I bought my vehicle last year december and scheduled payment to be done through a debit order on the 28th of each month. The debit order have been going through every month without bouncing. however, yesterday i learned that my account has been handed over for collection as my account is in arrears. how can this be when i have been paying every month through a debit order. i sent them my 3 months bank statement to prove that but no response. i am worried that this is affecting my credit profile meanwhile i have been paying every month.
