We submitted a 3rd party claim on the 13/09/2013 due to a Discovery client driving into the back of one of our company vehicles, the assesment was arranged /- 2 weeks later. To date we have had no luck in actually getting our vehicle repaired, numerous emails back and forth between 3 different people and still no answer as to when we can expect our vehicle to be repaired.
