Applied for a homeloan on the 3rd of December 2013.
All other banks came back with their answers.
Waiting for this Bank to give me an answer. It took 3 days to do a check if I was employed and my wife and still evaluation pending.
This isnt customer service. I dont even know why we still bank with Standard Bank because I pay R99 for my account and then an additional R4.50 every month for my savings.
Im smacked that the service is so bad, I would expect it from ABSA but for five snakes just hurry up.
FNB came back in 3 days, Absa 4 days and guess what the deal expires on MONDAY.
BAD SERVICE IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT, WHETHER IS IN A BRANCH OR OVER THE PHONE ITS CRAZY.
TAKE MY ADVICE AND STAY AWAY BECAUSE THEY DONT WANT YOUR BUSINESS AND IF THEY HAVE YOUR BUSINESS THEY KEEP TAKING MONEY
