FNB has yet again deducted money from my account that i have no idea of what it is. Then when i tried to get through to their customer services and queered about my problem the phone just dies... not once not twice but three times. Waste of time trying to get in contact with anyone, and they just pass you on to the next consultant. How are you suppose to get anywhere when NO ONE is even able to Help you with you questions or complaints???
This is just ridiculous!
