Please look at my complain dated a month ago! So many calls, SO many apologies from you, SO many promises! AND YOU CONTINUE TO DO IT!
STOP please! Since November you cant sort it out!

SORT THIS OUT, return the money, give me letter in writing that you will stop deducting money from me!
