Beyond Horrible service!

Please could someone competent enough to assist me contact me immediately! I have spoken to 3 people and no one seems to have the tools never mind intelligence to assist me, I keep getting rerouted to a different consultant and am now eventually fed up of holding on the line. I have had R900.00 service fees deducted from my account this month, not mentioning the previous months complaints and queries I have placed with FNB regarding ridiculous "service" amounts being deducted from my account which were not communicated or stipulated to me in my service contract when signing up! I moved to FNB 7 months and have received nothing but shoddy service, if one could even call it that! I am utterly disgusted in the poor standard of service and lack of service delivery.

The whole point of giving the public the perception of being the best bank out there should surely be lived up to live up it! Time to spend more time and money on Service & Customer delivery than false marketing!
