Taking too long to respond

Goodday my name is Petunia. Mya father took out a policy with Sanlam icover which He bought from Shoprite, but did not nominate a beneficiary. On his passing could not get a payout because of that issue.they told me they needed an executor letter from the court. Now the problem is I cant get that letter because I've been contacting this people from octoberand faxing every document the requesed from me..but each time they tell me they have not recieve nd they tell me their fax system respond after an hour after faxing. I suspect someone is not doing their work or they dont want to hounor their promise. I have never experienced such an inconvinience as I am using money to contact them and they are relaxing on their part
