Its been 2 days since I wrote this and decided to follow up n this with 24Hr Mobility direct. This lady Shamel knew absolutely nothing. First told me that my claim was put through December and asked me to forward the documented emails which I did, then to sound surprise that it was there all along. She told me that the excess fee would be R300 half before they fetch the damaged phone and half after the repair analysis. I asked how I could pay it she said she would send the banking details immediately and she didn't.
I'VE HAD IT WITH THIS NONSENSE. I WONT BE PAYING FOR THIS. I'm done with MTN!!
