I would like to thank Marlize Van Duyker from F.N.B Kolonnade branch in Pretoria for going the extra mile in customer service!! After receiving pathetic service from FNB call centre, I was ready to close all my accounts with FNB, as the Call Centre do not care to assist. Marlize helped me immediately, and cooled my boiling temper down. This lady should receive "award for outstanding service" and a big bonus!! Keep it up Marlize, you made my day!! Regards: Raymund
