Incorrect Documents for the FOURTH TIME

I have built a house and required some extra financing from Standard Bank (whom I have banked with for 20 years) and following extensive paperwork completion i was promised that the application would reach my attorney within 7 working days - this was on 28/10/2013. Almost 7 weeks later the paperwork has been sent from Standard Bank Clearwater to my attoneys 4 times, and each time the paperwork has been incorrect and unable to be processed. Now we approach the Christmas Holidays and the attorneys are closing, meaning that my finance will not reach me before the end of January 2014 at best! Phone Calls to Standard Bank go unanswered, e-mails are NOT dealt with promptly - therefore my complaint is disregarded, more importantly I must frantically pool external resources in order to pay my contractors as a result of the embaressing abilities of Standard Bank staff who appear to be illiterate and incapable of understanding simple instruction leaving me with an issue that no-one at Standard Bank will take responsibility for, or competantly resolve! This is an humiliating reflection on Standard Bank's professional ability - which leaves me with NO choice but to move my banking elsewhere
