For the last 2 weeks, I have been trying to get a settlement amount. That is all I want. I want to pay my debt. I phoned you. I was put through to the "right" department where I held on till my airtime ran out. I phoned from the land line on a Saturday was put through again and was disconnected 3 times. Finally I was told the department that could assist me was not open on weekends. Thank you to PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I mailed 3 times. NO RESPONSE. Not even a mail with a ref number. Now here we are. Nearly 3 weeks have passed and I have no answer yet. I will never do any business with you again.
I want someone to phone me WITH my settlement amount. I want this sorted so I NEVER have to deal with you again.
