Unreasonable charges

I was unfairly charged debit honoring fee by std bank. on the 28/09/2013, I made a purchase at one of the baby store in JHB and I was having enough money in my account to pay for the goods until 17/10/2013 when my account does not have enough money. that debit of the 28/09/2013 went off on the 18/10/2013 when i have no money in my account and standard bank charged me honouring fee of R120 for problem that was not mine. I dont mind for paying that late debit as I have received the goods but being charged for honouring fee that which was not my fault is what is bordering me. i contact call center and spoke to Sommaye and Rachel, whom they promised I will not get the honouring fee removed but they have logged query with complaint who never came back to me. I believe is unfair to be charged honouring fee after 21 days I have made a purchase, while I had enough money but nothing was deducted. i want the honouring fee to be removed from my account as I have done nothing wrong.
