Refund of monies from First for Women

I cancelled my First for Women insurance over 2 years ago, but they failed to cancel my Value Added Insurance portion, which was for dents and scratches on my vehicle. I realized this and phoned to cancel and request a refund.
My refund was processed immediately without any questions. I was expecting a fight on my hands, but rather got exceptional service.
