I WAS TOLD THAT MY ACCOUNT CANT BE CLOSED

I AM REALLY DISAPPOINTED IN YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE, I HAD AN ACCOUNT THAT HAD AN OVERDRAFT. I DECIDED TO CLOSE IT AND REQUESTED STANDARD BANK TO DO SO, I WAS TOLD IT CANT BE CLOSED.

I THEN REQUESTED THEM TO STOP CHARGING ME INTERESTS BECAUSE I MADE PAYMENTS ARRANGEMENTS AND I WAS HONOURING THEM, BUT IT LOOKED LIKE I WASNT PAYING ANYTHING INTO THE ACCOUNT BECAUSE OF THE CHARGES.

I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IT IF SOMEONE CAN ATTEND TO THIS MATTER. BECAUSE NOW IVE MADE PAYMENTS ARRANGEMENT WITH THIER LAWYERS SINCE THEYVE HANDED ME OVER. BUT I KEEP ON RECEIVING THREATS MESSAGES THOUGH AM PAYING AS PER OUR ARRANGEMENTS.

BECAUSE THERE WAS EVEN AN AMOUNT OF R4000 THAT WAS DEPOSITED INTO MY ACCOUNT. BUT IT DOESNT LOOK LIKE STANDARD BANK CARES, EITHER YOU ARE LOYAL TO THEM OR NOT.

I DONT EVEN GET UPDATES ABOUT THE BALANCE, SO IT SEEMS LIKE I WILL PAY STANDARD BANK FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE.
STANDARD BANK CHARGES ARE HIGHER THAN OTHER BANKS, AND ON TOP OF THAT THEY HAVE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS IS REALLY ANNOYING, BECAUSE ONE CANNOT REFER THEIR RELATIVES TO YOU GUYS. BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO HELP US AS YOUR CUSTOMERS.
