I applied with for a readvance on existing homeloan, which was declined for "Track Record & Stability".
On drawing my credit report it indicates a score of 974 which is clasified as excellent.
On logging a Complaint to find out more about why I was declined I received a phone call with similar explanation, but no detail and the complaint gets closed without satisfactory explanation.. Was told to phone one reference on the ITC report, although the report clearly states this account is paid up? I am just trying to find out why the readvance was declined so that I can rectify the problem?
