On Saturday I phoned the call center for a quote for my 2 motor vehicles and home contend insurance, I was assisted by Gerhard Swart, Gerhard went out of his way to assist me in getting the best possible price and excess payment, unfortunately my one vechile was in a accident recently, and I was living in the UK for a long period, I know that makes it very difficult for any insurance company to give me a better rate. never the less I want to congratulate outsurance and the staff member for going the exatra mile in trying to assist me.
