Processing of claim

My policy nr. is OT22003589. I want to complain about a claim that has been reported in September 2013 already, claim nr. 101648402 case nr. CAS151/09/13, whereby myself and 2 clients were robbed in my salon at 199 Caunnaught Rd, Cravenby. I have countless times faxed my paperwork and invoices and those of my clients. They even went to the police to have their receipts checked and had it as an affidavit, as they were told numerous times that the copies was unclear. In this event I lost so much of my clients because I don't have the proper tools/equipment to do my work. A result being that I have a lost of income. i"m sitting now with another problem that I can't pay my insurance cause there is no income. I am VERY unhappy in the manner my claim is being handled and how long I must wait for a response from Outsurance.
