I am utterly disgusted with the level of incompetence and ignorance, the level of service received from FNB and the lack of interest to correct the my policy"s.
I have on several occasions, telephonic-ally as well as per e-mail, requested updated and corrected policy schedules to be send to me, after I have been "moved" over to A&G.I never had any problems previously.
I HAVE NOT EVEN BEEN INFORMED OF THIS CHANGE OVER!!
I have made numerous calls, at great expense to the services department, but to no avail.
My debit order's...? are incorrect, FOUR debit orders were collected last month, 10/11, and this month, another THREE were collected!!
All of this AFTER I have spoken to consultants numerous time's, Justin Mc Millan, Sumaya Adams and several others.
The debit order amounts, DOES NOT EVEN CORRESPOND WITH THE POLICY SCHEDULE!
I have done what is required of me to inform you of the problems, telephonic-ally as well as in writing, yet my interests are been neglected.
The consultants I have spoken to, were dishonest in that they assured me that all schedules will be send to me, I only received one, and the amounts does in no way correspond to debit order amounts
