As if my previous complaint was not enough about being overcharged on excess!! I insured two new cellphones about a month ago, for which I was awaiting policy schedules. Instead I get 2 policy schedules with the same IMEI nr of a Blackberry 9360 and at different premiums of R56 and R79! What's worse is that the IMEI is for a lost cell!! My statement was debited with the two amount s plus the related pro-rata amounts. I have been holding forever on the phone as the poor consultant scrambled to fix this mess or to even understand it. The debits need to be reversed but it is a nightmare trying to explain the amounts to be reversed to the consultant. How does this even happen!? I have not recived the policy schedules for the new phones and it's been a month.
