I took out a new policy with Auto and General. I originally made my commencement date on the 8th of April, but made a phone call to you help desk, and moved the date to the 1st of May 2013. The operator assured me that NO debit order will go off until the 2nd of May. I woke this morning to the shock that 4 debit orders went off my bank. The amount doesn't even correspond with the amount on my policy after the admin fee. I haven't even started my policy, and this is the service I get. What is going to happen if I need to submit a claim?
