BAD ATTITUDE!!!

I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY ONE CHOOSE TO WORK IN A CALL CENTRE IF THEY ARE NOT PEOPLE CENTRED OR FRIENDLY!!! I phoned your client Centre number (0860022932) at 13h05 today and spoke to a ldy who sounded like she just woke up... as I was explaining to her what my enquiry was, SHE DROPPED THE PHONE ON MY EARS!!! I MEAN REALLY NOW
