PAYMENT LOST!!!

On 30 October 2013 I made a payment of R10 601.34 to my RCS account to pay the account in full and to close the account. After 7 emails and 5 phone calls they still have not allocate my payment to my account after I have send them the proof of payment. They now have lost my deposit of R10 601.34. What is going on at RCS???
