On 28 Nov'13, my house was damaged by a hail storm in Noordheuwel. My roof tiles was damaged and as a result, my ceilings received water damage. I logged a claim with Budget Insurance on Friday morning, 29 Nov'13. Budget Insurance have never attempted to call me once to update me on where the process is and what the next steps are. If I did not call and complaint, I would never have heard from them. Today is Thursday, 5 Dec'13. All I know is that some company was assigned to my claim, but no one have called me yet or came to my house to look at or fix the damaged roof and ceilings. Where has the service gone in this country?! Very eager to get you to sign a contract and to receive your money, not so eager to fulfill on their part of the contract and help you when you are in need!!! Once (whenever) this claim is sorted, I WILL take my business and money somewhere else, that is a promise.
