Today I phoned Outsurance and spoke to a consultant by the name of Stephen. I would like to say that he is extremely efficient and does his job very well! He explains everything perfect. This is a fantastic agent Outsurance! He lowered my premium and sent my documents without me having to ask for anything twice! I appreciate service like this! The lady that transferred my call to him (sorry I don't have your name) well done! He (Stephen) had all my policy details in front of him when I was transferred.
