HOW CAN WE HELP YOU? - BY LOSING THE ARROGANCE!

After being a loyal customer for years I am growing tired of FNB trying to exploit me. I HAVE RECEIVED TWO EMAILS STATING THAT IF I SETTLE MY ACCOUNT BY THE 30 OF NOVEMBER THAT I WILL NOT BE CHARGED INTEREST ON MY CREDIT CARD. However, when i queried the reason for being charged some R4 worth of interest, one of your employees forwards me some condescending and intentionally confusing copy and paste response.
Let me tell you, that no matter how great or fancy or advanced your bank thinks it is, Dont be under the impression that you are doing me a favour by offering me your services. FNB obviously has this attitude and I'm now willing to switch my card to another bank which, may or may not be as "advanced" as you, but will in the end not only be simpler, better and faster, but may also be friendlier, and have less attitude.

AND I'M TELLING YOU IN ADVANCE, DONT SEND ME A MAIL ASKING ME THE FULL DETAIL OF EVENTS, BECAUSE I WANT YOUR BANK TO GET OFF YOUR ARROGANT HIGH HORSE, DO SOME WORK FOR A CHANGE AND GO THROUGH ALL MY E-MAIL COMMUNICATION FOR THE PAST FEW MONTHS.
