MiWay making it difficult for me to cancel policy

2x calls this afternoon trying to cancel my policy. 1st told me there was no one available to help me with my request.
2nd time my call got disconnected for waiting 20 minutes for someone in the correct department to answer.

Should have cancelled sooner with service like this..
